What we're looking for:

• Strong analytical and research skills
• Experience in thesis formulation and market research
• Ability to contextualize market data and understand the need to invest in specific verticals
• Familiarity with web3 and the blockchain industry

Responsibilities:

• Formulate investment theses based on market research and data analysis
• Understand and analyze market trends and identify potential investment opportunities in specific verticals
• Support the development of key Africa3-wide strategies, including GTM, Product, Editorial, PR, and IR

Ideal Experience & Background:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Business, Finance, Economics)
• 3+ years of experience in investment research or analysis
• Excitement about a specific vertical or subject area related to Africa3’s mission (i.e: DeFi, Infrastructure, DApps, etc..)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
